We will award your points within 7 days after you complete your trip. Sometimes, we get ahead of ourselves so you may see them immediately after your trip. We’ll be glad to help out if you don’t see your points but make sure you give them time to arrive safe and sound in your account.

Call us at 1-800-627-2987 to make a change to your reservation. If you aren’t sure, call us to ask. We’re not lonely but we do like to get to know our travelers. Ok, maybe not on a first name basis, that could get a little creepy but we want to help you get the most out of your trip.

Some service providers (hotel, car, cruise and activities) charge for changes and most airlines charge a change fee. Rest assured, you won’t see any extra charges from CarryOn other than those charges we are required to collect on behalf of the service provider. After all, we want to save you money and unnecessary fees don’t comply with our money saving focus.

There is no need to confirm your reservations if you have received a reservation confirmation email from CarryOn. Remember, call us to make any changes to your reservation. Our number is 1-800-627-2987.

Sure. Just go to the My Account section called My Trip Board to find your purchased, upcoming trips and reservations. You can re-print your details at any time as long as you have a printer and your ink cartridge hasn’t run dry.

CarryOn Rewards Questions

You can use your points towards any purchase made via CarryOn Reservations at 1(800) 627-2987. Awards are redeemed at full value (partial value rewards are not offered) and you are responsible for additional charges and can use your credit card for any additional payment. Awards are available in three amounts:

  • 10,000 points = $50 travel credit
  • 25,000 points = $200 travel credit
  • 50,000 points = $500 travel credit

Once your points are used, they will no longer be available for future use.

You can always go to the My Account section called Points Summary to view all points that you have earned, to see your available points, and to see all of your activities that generated points. Please allow 24 hours after you see a message for points to appear in your Points Summary and allow 7 days after your trip for your travel related points to appear.[CONTENT]

We see that you like one of the most unique features of CarryOn.com - the ability to earn points by creating a strong Personal Travel Network. Simply invite your friends from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or FourSquare to join your network. If they accept, you will earn points for all of their future travel in addition to the points they will earn. You earn a point for every dollar they spend and they earn a point for every dollar they spend.

To protect your friend’s privacy, we will only post points from friend travel after you have 3 friends that have accepted your invitation. You will continue to earn points from your friends and we will keep them all until you have at least three. Then, after the third friend accepts your invitation, we will post all of the points to your account.

You also earn points when your friend’s friends travel. The same rate applies - you, your friend, and your friend’s friend each earn 1 point for every dollar spent on CarryOn.com when your friend’s friend travels.

Remember, once your friend is in your travel network, you will continue to earn points whenever they travel. If you want to carry on without your friends after they have accepted your invitation, call us and we’ll help.

We worked hard so that your watched trip continues to watch for better deals, even if you have purchased one or more products in your trip. Then, after continuing to watch for deals or values, you can always add the missing flight or hotel room at any time in the future, especially if you originally watched a trip with both a flight and a hotel room.

Watched Trip Questions

You will receive up to one email a day under your account email address. We want to make sure that you have requested the trip and have authorized the email, so we require shoppers to create an account prior to saving or watching a trip. We use your account to combine trips into a single email, so you won’t have to open 20 emails in a single day if you are watching 20 trips.

If your trip is several months away, we try to find the right balance between keeping you informed about the best deals and values and flooding your inbox. We may only send 1 or 2 emails a week if your trip is more than 3 months from your date of departure.

Your friends will only see what you want them to see. We protect your details and only show other people standard Adult pricing information for the trip, even if you are traveling with 2 Seniors and a couple of Children. Only your friends will see that you are interested in the trip and we will only share that information when you invite your friends to learn more about the trip.

Other shoppers, people you may not know, may also discover your saved or watched trip. These shoppers will not see personally identifiable information connecting your private information or even your full name when they check out the trip.

We offer a convenient planning tool on the side of most pages on CarryOn.com. SImply update your dates or travel request and resubmit your request. Go through and select the trip that you would like to see and we will start watching the new trip for you while you carry on.
