These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online hotel reservation service provided on these pages and through the website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by CarryOn LLC ("CarryOn.com", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Scope of our Service
Through the website we (CarryOn LLC and its affiliate (distribution) partners) provide an online platform through which visitors to the website can make reservations for products and services (air, hotel, car and insurance). By making a reservation at CarryOn, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with Carryon or its supplier or suppliers.
When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by suppliers. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each supplier remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or rating of any hotel made available.
Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
Membership is free of charge, but each member is required to have or to create and maintain a current active Facebook and/or Twitter Account.
Individuals may only hold and maintain a single, active membership account at CarryOn and are only allowed to earn redeemable points from a single account. The membership account may be connected to multiple social networks but may only associate their account with one Facebook, one Twitter, one LinkedIn, one Google+, one FourSquare, or one Yahoo! account.
3. Prices and Best Price Guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the CarryOn.com website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific trip, however, these rates made may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the supplier conditions thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Best Price Guarantee
We guarantee that if you find a lower rate identical to the products and services (air, car, hotel and insurance) than you purchased, and within 24 hours of booking, we will either, or at our option, refund the difference between what you paid and the lower rate, or refund the reservation with no penalties
A qualifying rate is a rate from another US based travel web site that satisfies the terms and conditions of booking, as determined by CarryOn. This guarantee applies to the rate before any taxes or fees. All other details of the booking must be the same. Rates that are opaque, only available by auction, bidding, special membership, error or mistake do not qualify.
5. Credit Card
Our suppliers and Carryon require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we may send your credit card information directly to the supplier through or with which your booking is made and we may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card as well. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology for our services. For certain rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the supplier details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
By making a reservation with CarryOn, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of any supplier that provides product to CarryOn., and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the related supplier that may apply to your reservation.. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on our website on the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change.
If you would like to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the supplier carefully prior to making your reservation.
7. Further Correspondence
By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your booking and destination, and (ii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form. We shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence (unless you specifically agree otherwise) other than (i) the email correspondence confirming your booking, (ii) relevant booking modifications or cancellation emails (including reminder emails in instances where you have not finalized a booking), (iii) communications initiated from us or the suppliers regarding your booking, (iv) guest review invitations, and (v) the emails for which you may have actively opted in.
8. Ranking and Guest Reviews
The default setting of the ranking of hotels on our website is "Recommended" (or any similar wording) (the "Default Ranking"). For your convenience, we also offer other ways to rank the hotel. Please note that the Default Ranking is created through a fully automated ranking system (algorithm) based on multiple criteria, preferred partnership relationships, and paid advertising.
The completed guest review may be (a) uploaded onto the relevant hotel’s information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the hotel, and (b) (wholly or partly) used and placed by CarryOn at its sole discretion (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by CarryOn. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).
However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the supplier products as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the suppliers, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
10. Rewards Program
CarryOn Rewards Terms and Conditions
The CarryOn Rewards program ("Program") is offered to CarryOn customers at the sole discretion of CarryOn, LLC, and is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, have a valid email address, and have enrolled in the Program ("Member(s)"). By participating in the Program, Members can earn CarryOn Points ("CarryOn Points" or "Points") for booking and completing eligible travel through CarryOn and redeem available Points for travel rewards, subject to these Terms and Conditions and the availability of eligible travel and reward items. The terms "you" and "your" throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any Member and any customer eligible to participate in the Program. Membership in CarryOn Rewards is void if prohibited by law in the country, state, or Province of the Member's residence.
CarryOn may modify any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Programincluding, but not limited to, the rules for earning and redeeming CarryOn Points, the expiration policy for Points and the products and services on which Points may be earned and redeemedat any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to use any Points or benefits you have already earned.
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as CarryOn decides to terminate the Program. CarryOn may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, members will have one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date Program termination is announced to use available CarryOn Points remaining in your account. After that date, any Points will be forfeited without compensation.
Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that CarryOn may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the website at www.CarryOn.com/rewards and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
CarryOn makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning the Program. CarryOn Rewards Point earning and rewards redemptions are void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release CarryOn and its affiliates and partners from all liability regarding the earning, redemption, and use of CarryOn Points, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed. CarryOn suppliers are in no way affiliated with or responsible for CarryOn Rewards Program administration.
EnrollmentOnce you become a member of CarryOn you are automatically enrolled in the CarryOn Rewards Program.
You must be an enrolled Member of CarryOn prior to making a booking in order to earn Points for any eligible travel. If you enroll in CarryOn after booking but before travel is completed, Points will not accrue on that booking.
As an enrolled Member of the Program, you may receive account servicing updates by email. You may terminate your membership by contacting our Customer Service group at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a phone number in your email so that a customer service agent can call you to confirm the details of your request, since we cannot cancel your account over email or voicemail. Your ability to earn and redeem CarryOn Points will be suspended immediately after you terminate your membership.. If you terminate your membership , you will no longer have access to your account statement information, no CarryOn Points will accumulate on future bookings, and any accumulated CarryOn Points will be unavailable for redemption. Any Points in your Rewards Account at the time of termination will be forfeited.
You must be signed in as a member prior to completing an eligible booking in order to earn Points for that booking. Points will be awarded only to the member through which any eligible booking is made. You will earn points for all travelers and their activities booked under your itinerary. Points cannot be transferred to another members account.
After making an eligible booking, the anticipated amount of CarryOn Points to be awarded will be held in pending status until seven (7) days after travel is complete. Pending CarryOn Points are not available for redemption usage. Seven (7) days after confirmed completion of travel, Points will move from pending to available status. Once in available status, CarryOn Points are eligible to be used by the Member for redemption purposes. The amount of pending CarryOn Points calculated at the time of booking is based on the details of the itinerary booked. Changes or cancellations to the booked itinerary may result in differences between the estimated amount of pending Points calculated and the ultimate amount of Points that post to the Member's Rewards Account for that itinerary. No CarryOn Points will be earned for change or cancellation fees imposed by suppliers.
CarryOn reserves the right to rescind at any time any pending or available CarryOn Points that were earned or awarded for unused travel items. CarryOn Points will be rescinded in cases where a Member receives a refund, from either CarryOn or a travel supplier or vendor.
CarryOn has the right to monitor all Member Rewards Account activity. If your Rewards Account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, CarryOn may close or freeze your Rewards Account immediately, and you may lose your accrued CarryOn Points. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, CarryOn reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to CarryOn, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in CarryOn Rewards in the future. Bookings discovered to be fraudulent will have their CarryOn Points rescinded, and the Rewards Account associated with such fraudulent bookings will be frozen from further Rewards Point earning or redemption activity. To contest freezing of an account or the rescinding of CarryOn Points, please call: 1-800-627-2987.
If your Rewards Account does not represent the correct number of CarryOn Points that you should have been awarded as determined by CarryOn, CarryOn reserves the right to adjust your Point balance. If you believe your Rewards Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact the CarryOn Service Center immediately. If it is determined you have been the victim of a fraud, the Points you have earned will be transferred to a new Rewards Account.
Rewards Point accumulation, redemption, and expiration status can be accessed on your Rewards Summary, which is available online at CarryOn.com within the My Account section. CarryOn Points and rewards have no cash value. CarryOn Points may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in CarryOn Points. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in CarryOn Rewards and redemption of any rewards.
If a Member believes he or she did not receive the correct amount of CarryOn Points for a booking, the Member must contact CarryOn Customer Service at 1-800-627-2987 within 90 days from the travel end date. CarryOn will make the final determination as to whether Points adjustments of any kind are justified for the travel in question. In no event will any CarryOn Points manually be moved from pending to available status sooner than thirty (30) days after completion of travel.

Members who invite friends to join CarryOn as members of their personal travel network and friends that join as a result of that invitation are eligible to earn additional travel points. In order to receive availablepoints for friends travel, a member must have 3 or more actively enrolled member friends. Travelers will accrue points as soon as their first friend travels but they will be held until at least three friends have accepted an invitation and joined the members personal travel network.

Friends of Friends Travel
Members whose friends invite their friends to join CarryOn as members of the friend’s personal travel network and they join as a result of that invitation are eligible to earn additional travel points. In order for the friend to earn points for friends of friends travel, your friend must have 3 or more actively enrolled member friends. The member that originally asked the friend to join is eligible to earn points from the friend’s friend as soon as the points are available to be posted.

There may be specific suppliers that do not allow participation in rewards programs. In these cases points cannot be awarded to the member. Several Site Activities May Be Eligible for Earning CarryOn Points, including:
- Completion of Member Profile
- Sending a new invitation to a friend to join Carryon and that invitation results in membership
- other activities as noted throughout the Site

Bonus Point Offers
From time to time, CarryOn may offer opportunities to earn bonus CarryOn Points. All applicable terms and conditions associated with the specific bonus offer must be met in order to earn bonus CarryOn Points for your booked and completed travel. Bonus CarryOn Points will be posted to your Rewards Account as pending at time of booking, and will move to available status within sixty (60) days after the travel end date, unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms and conditions. Bonus CarryOn Point offers apply to changed bookings as long as the changed booking still meets all requirements and conditions of the offer. Bonus Point offers do not apply to canceled bookings. Offers are limited to the offer recipient and are not transferable. Bonus Rewards Point offers are not redeemable for cash. Void where prohibited by law.
CarryOn Points will not expire as long as there is a qualifying purchase, or qualifying activity on your Account at least once every 12months. "Qualifying purchase" means a Rewards-eligible trip or travel item which has been both booked and completed. A qualifying Activity is any of the activities listed above or any additional activity which earns points for the member. All Points in your Rewards Account will expire if there is no qualifying purchase or redemption activity for a period of 12 months. To learn more about your CarryOn Point expiration status, please sign in to your account at CarryOn and view your Rewards Summary online within the My Account section. Once expired or used towards the purchase of an award, CarryOn Points will not be reinstated.
Rewards can be applied to any future travel purchase booked on CarryOn. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value or residual cash value. Rewards are void if sold for cash or other consideration, or if altered or copied, and cannot be reissued if destroyed, lost or stolen. Rewards are not valid where prohibited by law.
In order to qualify for a reward, a Member must have a sufficient amount of available CarryOn Points in his or her Rewards Account to redeem at approved award levels in the CarryOn Program. Approved Levels are as follows:
- 10,000 points = $50 travel credit
- 25,000 points = $200 travel credit
- 50,000 points = $500 travel credit
CarryOn Points are not eligible for redemption until they show as available Points on your Rewards Summary. Pending CarryOn Points cannot be used toward reward redemption. All redemptions are final and may not be cancelled.
- CarryOn does not apply blackout dates restricting reward travel bookings made on CarryOn using CarryOn Points.
- Taxes, fees, and surcharges for the booking are included in the number of CarryOn Points required for redemption and are subject to change without notice.
Only the Rewards Account holder can redeem CarryOn Points, but the reward may be booked either in the name of the Member or in the name of any other person the Member designates. Once travel rewards are booked, the member is subject to the policy of the supplier selected (i.e. airline, hotel, car, insurance).
Redeemed CarryOn Points will be deducted from your Rewards Account at the time of booking. No Rewards Point amounts, reward availability, or dates of travel are confirmed until the required number of CarryOn Points has been deducted from the Member's Rewards Account and the tickets or travel documents have been issued.
All airline tickets booked in exchange for CarryOn Points are nonrefundable, non-endorsable, and nontransferable, and cannot be changed for any reason. Travelers' names cannot be changed after booking. There are no cancellations of any flight reward reservation once it has been booked.
Airline schedules, terms, points of service, and fares are subject to change without notice. Airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, interruptions, and oversold flights are outside of the control of CarryOn. These situations must be remedied by the applicable travel supplier and may be subject to Federal or State Regulations. If an airline declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or to refund tickets issued before the bankruptcy. CarryOn is not allowed to refund tickets on airlines that have declared bankruptcy. CarryOn Points redeemed or money given to CarryOn immediately becomes the property of the airline and CarryOn is required by law to comply with the airline's orders.
Airline tickets will be issued as e-tickets, or ticketless travel, unless paper tickets are required by the airline. For bookings made online at www.CarryOn-rewards.com, electronic confirmation and documentation will be sent to the e-mail address displayed on the Billing and Delivery page. The Member is responsible for destroyed, lost, and/or stolen rewards, and any fees imposed to replace such travel documents.
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available on or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by CarryOn LLC, its suppliers or providers.
To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the courts in the State of Texas, in the United States of America.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.
